They chased everything up from start to finish ensuring the whole process was smooth and assisted in dealing with bottle necks.<br>I really appreciate this and I cannot thank you enough. From mortgage advice, tips for marketing the property, any questions or queries relating to sales or purchases.<br>Very responsive, sorted any questions I had quickly, professionally and friendly.<br>Big thanks to Charley, Isla, Mackenzie and Emma who've made the process simple and as pain free as buying and selling can be.

21st Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)My property was not advertised on their Enfields site for a number of weeks .. i picked up on this & got an apology & said they were having a few problems.. while in contract with them they sent me 2-3 property's that i might be interested in...poor service in my opinion.

2nd Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)I do feel that they need to have social media platforms to promote properties like most agents do. Also there is no shop to go in or for them to advertise the brochure etc. there way of working g may work for some for houses that will sell quickly but not for me.

18th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)Reeds Rains is the easiest way to get accommodation in this difficult time why am I saying that I was in desperate condition looking for a place to live and I entered Reeds Rains office in Wakefield city center and they were so lovely excellent service experienced especially Samantha Russell the renting manager did a marvelous job by helping me with all the applications and everything involved in order for me to get the accommodation and I said bless you xx I surely recommend Reeds Rains for you. Go to their office and enquirer for yourself ????????????????

I have read previous reviews where he has provided a high level of customer service, and I can confirm they are all true. There were a few delays which were out of movenowproperties control, but Jack constantly requested updates from solicitors, made frequent calls to me just to check in and always kept me informed of everything during the process. Jack is a credit to the company and a very nice guy. Thank you.
