She was really patient with us, took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, and suggested some additional local properties alongside our preferred one. The whole process felt smooth and straightforward, and everything after agreeing the property was efficient.<br><br>I’d happily recommend Seymour’s Prestige - Tia in particular was amazing.

They worked hard to ensure we got the best deal for our house sale, lining up back to back viewings, following up with individuals, even spotting early on (before it became a much bigger problem!) when a buyer submitted an offer but then disappeared. It was almost no suprise when the house we'd offered on fell through and Foundations saved the day again, finding our dream house and securing the purchase. They really listened and understood our position and what we were looking for. 19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Sam Jones property manager totally mishandled my situation. On multiple occasions he purposely withheld information to keep tenants liable for ridiculous charges. Absolutely appalling service and borderline illegal practices. My experience with Sam and leaders has put a sour taste in my mouth and has left a giant problem to solve with no support from the body that was supposed to be looking after the situation. Save yourself time and effort and go with another agency.

At the outset, we had great confidence in Justin hence we appointed Curchods over 3 other agents. Mark went over and above in handling and keeping us fully informed of what ended up being a very long drawn out sales process. We have recommended Curchods to friends and neighbours and would not hesitate to use your services again.

He went above and beyond to help sell the house with great efficiency given the complexities and circumstances behind the sale. Would highly recommend using Robert (and Jackson-Stops) as an estate agency and would use them again in future if ever looking to buy or sell again.
