She was really patient with us, took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, and suggested some additional local properties alongside our preferred one. The whole process felt smooth and straightforward, and everything after agreeing the property was efficient.<br><br>I’d happily recommend Seymour’s Prestige - Tia in particular was amazing.

They worked hard to ensure we got the best deal for our house sale, lining up back to back viewings, following up with individuals, even spotting early on (before it became a much bigger problem!) when a buyer submitted an offer but then disappeared. It was almost no suprise when the house we'd offered on fell through and Foundations saved the day again, finding our dream house and securing the purchase. They really listened and understood our position and what we were looking for. Toby, Ollie and rest of West End Team kept us up to date and lead us through the complexity of house selling and buying excellently. 100% would recommend.- 8th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)The team was very enthusiastic about selling our property. We had many viewings. They did advise us to put the property on higher than other estate agents and then within 3 weeks suggested we lower it based on feedback on how the market had slowed. Eventually they found someone who really liked the property which was great. Very thankful to the team.
19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Sam Jones property manager totally mishandled my situation. On multiple occasions he purposely withheld information to keep tenants liable for ridiculous charges. Absolutely appalling service and borderline illegal practices. My experience with Sam and leaders has put a sour taste in my mouth and has left a giant problem to solve with no support from the body that was supposed to be looking after the situation. Save yourself time and effort and go with another agency.

At the outset, we had great confidence in Justin hence we appointed Curchods over 3 other agents. Mark went over and above in handling and keeping us fully informed of what ended up being a very long drawn out sales process. We have recommended Curchods to friends and neighbours and would not hesitate to use your services again.

Throughout the process, he always kept in touch and played the perfect middle-man between the seller and us. A few times during the process Scott stepped in and helped the sale along - be it asking brokers for updates, speaking with lawyers directly and on the occasions putting the two sides together. He was very helpful with getting in a survey, and access again for architects.<br><br>Scott is a man of the highest integrity, very capable and knowledgeable but most of all - he is trustworthy and deals with things direct.<br><br>My experience with him was exceptional and his reputation speaks for itself - I highly recommend Scott Molloy if you are looking to sell a property.<br><br>If you end up buying from him, you are equally, very lucky and in safe hands.<br><br>Thanks for everything Scott and Vickery's!

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

We got the sense that Mint sell every house as if they are selling their own, going the extra mile to promote the selling points of not only our house but also the local area. This resulted in a swift sale at a price higher than other estate agents thought possible.<br><br>Communication is a really strong point with Mint and they gave thorough feedback on viewings and the WhatsApp group helped keep us up to date with everything throughout the whole process.<br><br>We encountered some issues with the chain but nothing was too much trouble for Mint to help with and I genuinely believe if we had chosen any other Estate agent, there would have been a real risk of the chain falling apart. But thanks to their hard work, dedication and exceptional communication, we completed on our sale and purchase with Mint.<br><br>We can't thank Nicole, Sally and Sarah enough for everything they did and will recommend Mint to anyone as THE estate agent to choose whether selling or buying a property.<br><br>Thank you again!
