She gave a realistic valuation and our property sold to the first viewers for the asking price. She also swiftly and professionally negotiated the purchase of our next home. She was extremely approachable, responsive and pro-active, but never pushy. She managed to handle every potential hitch so that we all came out feeling we had been fairly and respectfully treated, and that really is an achievement, given what a long and stressful process buying and selling is. Please don’t choose an agent that overvalues your property just to get it on their books, then lets it (and you) stagnate for months, even years. If you are serious about selling your property, then I would 100% recommend Godwin Curtis, and Jordan specifically – she is experienced, professional, a brilliant negotiator and will be with you every step of the way. Behind the scenes they are going above and beyond on a daily basis.<br>If you want to be able to instruct an estate agent and be confident you can leave them to it, use these guys.

They were very approachable, with excellent communication from both Jeanette and Nikki at all times as the sale progressed. We completed on the sale just 8 weeks after it went on the market. They found us the correct buyer, who coincidentally was the first to view. I can't recommend them highly enough.
