My Aunt and I have met Ellie several times over the last few weeks when she showed us around properties. Out of all the estate agents we have dealt with, we have found Ellie to be the best! Very professional, extremely helpful (often coming back to us with an answer to a query before the viewing was even over) and so personable. Ellie showed empathy and kindness throughout each viewing. We are keeping our fingers crossed that the house we end up choosing is one of Ellie's!

Rented flat Olympia Way from a great agent, but regrettable 2nd year with place kept immaculate and rent always paid in advance, Wards took over the rental. Encouraged owner to raise rent and gave us notice...never returned calls, emails replied late, left us with a dodgy washer/dryer for 6 months and boiler therefore a huge bill.....they refused to help and are basically a shower. Now moved to a much superior place through a great agency...would never rent from wards again. Many people had problems on Olympia Way with Wards. A shame they are letting their sales side down to such an extent!

We just wanted to say how happy we are with using the Whitstable office of Wards. There was good communication from the office throughout the initial process but Maria Meddings our sales progressor has absolutely gone above and beyond to ensure that exchange happened within what became a very tight deadline at the end. She couldn’t have done any more or been more helpful, we really are so grateful for all her support, it means we have secured our next home. ??
Final shout out goes to Hannah the lovely photographer and floor planner. She was a pleasure to have in our home and took some amazing photos; which we’ve had many compliments about. She really is expert at showing off your home in its best light.

Wards have been absolutely outstanding in the process of us selling our home. From the beginning we had total confidence in all the staff, who have maintained a high level of communication and professionalism.
Mark and Nathan started our selling journey with nothing being too much trouble and were completely honest and open. Our property had previously been marketed with another agent, who repeatedly let us down with their dishonesty and bullish selling tactics. We have never had this with Wards and have always kept us well informed and were sympathetic with things were not so straight forward. Jordan carried out the viewings with great positivity and sold the benefits of the home without using any 'embarrassing' hard selling tactics. Their complete professionalism could be a lesson taught to many of the competitors out there.
