As a new landlord, I was extremely anxious about the whole process, especially with the new laws and regulations etc. However, I’m so delighted I chose Barker Healey! They came recommended by two separate people who both said they had positive experiences and I can see why! Claire, the manager of lettings, was amazing from start to finish. Very thorough and detailed, all processes were clear, information about their fees were transparent etc. She answered all of my questions and wasn’t put off with the amount of them. She was so polite and respectful. She was very patient and understood my situation. She created a lovely post about my property and she showed a range of prospective tenants around the property. Her communication was excellent and she kept me informed at all stages. In life, you have to trust your instinct and I’m glad I trusted mine with Claire. Moving away means I won’t be able to oversee my property and I feel I can fully trust Claire and her team to oversee and manage it. She has taken a huge weight off my mind. Her diligent, conscientious work ethic means I haven’t been as anxious as before and it’s one less thing for me to think about!
