Charles Harding knows the Swindon market very well and will respond rapidly not to waist anyones time! It is highly recommended to anyone who wants to sell house quickly.

They were informative and professional from the get-go and Nikki kept in touch with us pre-purchase. while the purchase was going through Phil nursed it along and handled the slow and uncooperative solicitors very well. Communication was great - highly recommend.

8th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)All the above 'excellents' look ridiculous I know, but they accurately and honestly reflect the service that I have received from Richard James which has been nothing short of astonishing. From the very initial photographs for the advertisement to keeping me informed of viewings and confirming the results of viewings, they could not have been more attentive and considerate. In particular I must name and thank Mr James Sargeant of their Wroughton office for his dogged and persistent qualities. I live in Devon and was afraid that I might not be kept quite so well informed as a result, but I need not have worried. I continue to be delighted with Richard James performance and would urge anyone selling a property to ring them up tomorrow - or even this afternoon!

George and Craig were friendly, personable, and it really felt like they wanted to sell my house for me, not just for themselves. Heidi and Hollie in the office were also fantastic – always helpful and quick to respond if I needed anything.

Their advice has been spot on and their energy and responsive unwavering They have been all round brilliant and I would never use another agent again. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of moving home

Really efficient getting our house on the market extremely quickly and getting lots of viewings through the door in what was a slow market. He was an excellent communicator with useful updates and feedback throughout. Very reasonable rates and clearly successful with the amount of his sold signs around the area. He's sold both mine and my partner's properties and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
