17th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)One of the reason I choose Tiger sales ,was they would do the viewings ,I had a few viewings and did them myself .I sent an e mail regarding this ,but the response quoted ,Tiger sales was under no obligation to do viewings , my E mail was replied to ,then quickly dismissed ,as an out of office ,and Tiger would reply if required ,A couple of the female sales people ,when I asked a question regarding my property ,I was told the solicitor ,would do this ,as if they could not be bothered ,helping me ,,so overall I wish I had stayed with my previous estate agent ,who were less expensive than Tiger sales ,I Paid extra hoping for a better service ,which did not happen
3rd May 2026 (5 days ago)We recently sold my mums home with Reeds Rains, Chorley. I would recommend Reeds Rains Chorley offices services without any hesitation. We were kept up to date with developments and felt thoroughly supported with the whole process. All the staff at the Chorley Branch are so approachable and can not do enough to help or answer any question or query we had. Fantastic experience, We will definitely be using their services again.

Such a great team, all very friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble and they will do anything possible to help you. It is always a pleasure to work with Regenncy Estates
1st May 2026 (7 days ago)We have just moved into a property to Let with Northwood and we can’t recommend them enough. They truly went above and beyond to help us with our move which was time precious due to expecting a baby. Northwood were excellent in their communication and always there for anything we needed which helped to reduce the stress. A massive thank you also to Louise Duck for her excellency, efficiency, and kindness. We would recommend Northwood to anyone. We are now settled into a beautiful home and made the transition a lot smoother for us. Jess & Rod

She was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, making everything smooth and stress-free. However, the property itself was not as clean as expected upon moving in, and it took some time and effort to get it to a comfortable standard. Overall, I appreciate Cathy’s excellent service and support, but I hope more attention is given to property cleanliness in the future.

21st Apr 2026 (17 days ago)Emily and her team certainly outshine their rivals- Ben Rose Estates regarding communication, efficiency and attention to detail. Their valuations appear realistic and they describe their properties with accuracy. The gentleman who did 2 of the viewings was polite, informative and clearly had experience. He offered impartialed and practical advice, which I have never received. Unfortunately, the properties I viewed did not meet my needs as I would have preferred to give Entwistle Green the custom! My estate agent Philippa was excellent throughout the whole process and I can't thank her and the team enough for all of their work.
28th Jan 2026 (14 weeks ago)Very unprofessional experience from start to finish. I initially trusted 222 Estates because they have many properties and they always answered the phone promptly. Unfortunately, that was where the professionalism ended. Most of the questions I asked could not be answered clearly, and when they did provide answers, they repeatedly failed to follow up with the emails I specifically requested. Important information was promised but never sent unless we chased them multiple times. Communication was disorganised and frustrating, and we were constantly left waiting for details that should have been provided proactively. Overall, the lack of follow-up and poor communication made the entire experience stressful and disappointing. I would not recommend 222 Estates if you value clear, reliable, and professional communication.
20th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Bought our first home from Easy Home Lets & Sales. Really good at communicating with us as well as relying information to the seller and vice versa. Made the whole process feel a lot smoother and they were very accommodating of our several viewings.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

6th May 2026 (2 days ago)The process has been remarkably quick and efficient from receiving the Get Agent information on the 3-5 top performing local estate agents, to selecting our Personal Estate agent who has excellent knowledge of the local environment and current sales values. She supported our presentation of the home and her pre-publicity and social media "video teasers" were a highly useful marketing tool. We had received an offer before going to market due to her knowledge of local buyers. We did however wait to open market and have had an offer within 10days!
