I went with Graham Butts as I had used them previously and had a good experience but this time the experience was totally different. The photos taken weren't great. I paid for an improved, dare I say it, premium, set of photos including drone footage but the results were less than satisfactory. Photos were over processed, detail was lost on some photos, colours did not reflect the true look of my property on others. Some were noisy and others just looked distorted and bad quality. Communication with Graham Butt staff was severely lacking. I had maybe two chats right at the beginning of the contract and one more time at the time of a single viewing in the 22 week period I was with them. This was the only viewing during this period. There was no plan or discussion with anyone about how to improve my chances of a sale other than, drop the price, which I did two times. Wouldn't use again.... Read more

I dealt with Ben and Kirsty mainly. I had my initial meeting at my property and discussed the strategy. Which was adhered to. And an offer accepted. I found from day one , the agents were extremely professional. As things were frustrating at times dealing with the solicitors, left hand right hand scerino.
