   Why anyone would ever put their property on the Market with John Francis is beyond me, I'd go so far to say they are the most useless agents in all of Wales but the Narbeth John Francis are the number one worst agents. Whenever you call to arrange to view a property you're greeted with no end of excuses as to why they can't make that particular time or date even when you call over a week in advance, they promise a call back but never do "this isnt a one off its every single time" I'd go so far to say they are the laziest estate agents in Wales "it's no wonder properties sit for weeks on end never selling and just get reduced more than once whilst on John Francis books". And Nathan at Narbeth needs to vastly improve his customer service skills, poor is an understatement. I genuinely can't wait to deal with Ai estate agents over unqualified, unorganised, poorly trained, new out of school human agents, I have dealt with Ai estate agents in other areas of the country and it was like a breath of fresh air....    I can highly recommend Popular Move to sell your house. They have just sold a property for me which wasn’t straightforward, but the whole process from start to finish was handled really well by the team are Popular Move. From the initial valuation, there was constant communication and updates about the progress of the sale which was professional and still friendly, helping to keep nerves from fraying!    Very poor so far, called and asked for further details on a property to be told that it has an accepted offer. I asked for other details on similar properties and was told that they would be emailed to me and received nothing for weeks. Later to find out that the property I was interested in had no offer and is still available. Given that they had my details they had not called to inform me or offered alternative properties....    I have rented from RKLucas for 4.5 years. Initially, they were great. However, in recent years there have been many changes in staff and there has been a massive decline. I have been awaiting repairs to my house since Nov 2023 and have 2 rent increases while waiting. Works that were completed were done to a poor standard (shower needed replacing, builder cut the whole in the wrong place in the panel and glued a glass star mirror with a boarder which is falling apart due to the water and I have loose glass hanging in my shower which again has been reported numerous times and still hasn’t been documented on my property file). Most recently my key snapped in the door while the lock was out so the mechanism had to be removed to push the door closed making the door unable to close or lock. Imagine having to pay good money to have to use your chair to hold your door closed. I have now been unable to secure my property or even close my door properly for a month and can’t get a reply from anyone regarding any of the works. I have even emailed the 3 directors with no acknowledgement. Happy to take my money but not happy to give any help in resolving. When I do call I get spoken to like a naughty child as though I’m an inconvenience to them despite me being a good tenant paying my rent and looking after my property. Shambolic. Absolutely avoid....
