I contacted them about an alarm going off in a building they list, it has been going off for 5 days non stop and they have made no effort to fix this beyond saying the seller has not been reachable. This is the second time this alarm has gone off for days and disturbed my sleep and peace, both times the agents have taken days to get anything sorted.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have been in an almost two year dispute with them and their owners countrywide. They put tenants in my property that stole my belongings. They do everything to put the blame on you as the owner and not the tenants. The lettings team headed by James King is an absolute joke and the sales team are just as bad. I am now out thousands of pounds thanks to their incompetence. Countrywide wide will do everything to cover up for john francis as they only purchased them a few years ago and are to afraid to say anything. Incase people leave and they can't find anyone to replace them. This means people who have no idea what they are doing at john francis are getting way with ripping off and being disrespectful to landlords. I know this as I used to work as a regional manager for Wales and South west England for countrywide. I only used john francis as I used to work with them but I had no idea just how bad it would be as a landlord. DO YOUR SELF THE BIGGEST FAVOUR AND STAY AWAY. LETTING, SELLING OR RENTING. JUST SHOCKING.

Although we were the buyers and not their direct clients, they consistently went above and beyond to assist us throughout what became a very complex process.
From day one, their communication was excellent prompt, clear, and always helpful. What really stood out was how proactive they were. Whenever we encountered delays or needed someone to chase things up, they were on it immediately and always got results. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their persistence made a real difference in keeping things moving forward.
Amy, Sophie, and Jake were not only professional and efficient but also genuinely kind and supportive, which made a stressful process feel much more manageable. It’s rare to come across an estate agency team so dedicated and hands-on.

Recently had the worst experience with Chloe from the Haverfordwest branch, not only has she lost the chance of selling our house, she’s also lost herself a sale as myself and my partner went to view a bungalow and we wanted to sell our house, we viewed the bungalow with Chloe LUCKILY the owner was there to answer whatever questions we had as she was more interested in playing with his dog. despite this myself and my partner loved the bungalow and we decided that as soon as we got home about 20 mins later we would put an offer in, as we didn’t hear back straight away we just put it down as they were closed for new years, however they opened again on the 3rd January so we expected to hear from them with an answer, hours went past and still nothing so my partner phoned them and spoke to Chloe and she said that the bungalow had a viewing this morning and they want to sell to them, when asked did she even put across our offer she replied NO with absolutely no reason or excuse why she was more interested in making sure that no other branch were Able too sell our house despite us living in a different town and slagging them off to us, Highly unprofessional and incompetent!!

We recently moved to Pembrokeshire from the West Country - the vendor used John Francis, in Haverfordwest to market their property.
Our purchase was moving along nicely until Covid/lockdown hit. A hugely difficult time for everyone.
We had no need for some time to speak to anyone regarding our move, but a few months down the line I spoke to Aiden, who was extremely helpful/professional.
Nearing our completion we spoke with Amy, the Branch Manager, who went out of her way to get things moving and making us feel supported. She also was very helpful with phone calls to our solicitor, at a time when things had started to pick up again, in Pembrokeshire.
Nothing has been too much trouble - phone calls and emails to keep us updated, and also Amy coming to see us shortly after we moved in.
We would highly recommend this Branch of John Francis. The staff have been great from the outset, and a credit to the company they work for. I hope we never have to move again, but if we did we would market our home with this branch.

Their accommodating mannerisms are what you should receive from estate agents, unfortunately not many estate agents around our local area even come close to the service we received from John Francis.
