Visits from potential buyers and feedback were reported back promptly. Clearly, there was a team approach and Katy, Megan, Emma and Joe were on top of each stage. A particular shout out to Joe for his thoughtful, professional and measured advice on the realities of the property market. A family property had been rented out through them for many years and they had always been really helpful if we ever needed to organise any repairs to the property (given we didn’t live nearby) . We thought them trustworthy, very reasonable cost wise and very easy to deal with. We recently used them as sales agents for the property and found them to be efficient and again very reasonable, helping to complete a sale within 5 weeks of receiving the offer.
