On viewing a property that we were buying there was a bad leak I advised Colin at House & Home and it was not passed onto the vendors and when he handed over the property to me the ceiling had fallen down from the leak he literally gave me the keys and ran with running water from the ceiling absolutely disgusting handling of a huge problem spent £930 to have emergency work. Never ever would I recommend them to anyone. Photos of how he handed me the property even tried to blame my builder who had no access to the property.
