Unlike other agents we've encountered, he was never evasive—he gave us straight answers, answered every query promptly, and worked tirelessly to make sure the purchase went smoothly. Andrew was also great whenever we spoke with him, providing fantastic additional support and keeping everything on track.<br><br>Thanks in huge part to James's exceptional service and care, we successfully completed our purchase and happily moved into our new home last week! The lettings team have been very helpful throughout the whole process and have made everything feel straightforward and easy to understand. They guide you through each step, keep things clear and are always happy to answer any questions.<br><br>A special mention to Makena, Matt and Ollie, who have all been really helpful and made the process so much easier. Moving can be stressful, but having a team that is supportive, approachable and willing to help makes a real difference.<br><br>I would definitely recommend William H Brown to anyone looking to rent a property. Thank you to the lettings team for all your help!
19th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)It's taken me a couple of weeks to get to write this review but the team at Leavenheath have been fantastic throughout this protracted sale having produced three purchasers over the period. The first was affected by Liz Truss the second someone trying to buy involving Cryptocurrency (you couldn't write it) They stuck with me throughout the whole process and found the third and successful buyer. Availability on the telephone and communication in general was great. They clearly smoothed what would otherwise have been a very bumpy ride in the market we were selling in. Thank you all

5th May 2025 (1 year ago)The staff were very friendly, but the house was listed more than the initial verbal valuation which we were surprised about. Our property was perfect for a first time buyer but no viewings fitted that brief.
