Her support and dedication really made a difference, and we truly appreciate all of her help.<br><br>We would highly recommend Connells to anyone looking to rent a property. They got us a viewing very quickly and the application process was very smooth and straightforward, from getting quick responses to the time it took to complete our application process was way more than what we were expecting. Would recommend to anyone
11th Jun 2026 (10 weeks ago)I attempted to purchase a property through this agency and, unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I have had. Throughout the process, inaccurate and misleading information was provided, which appeared to be aimed at progressing the sale. Communication was also very poor, with little to no proactive updates unless we repeatedly chased for information.<br><br>As a result of this misinformation, we have been left out of pocket and extremely disappointed with the service we received. I would not recommend this agency based on our experience.

Everything from our first conversation with Juliet about what we were looking for, to her finding us the perfect property, to James ensuring a seamless buying process and securing us our dream home. Everyone at Jackson Stops were responsive, professional and top of their game. Nothing was too much trouble, and we felt supported and in safe hands the whole way through. We couldn’t recommend this agency more highly.

19th Jun 2022 (4 years ago)Diabolical service. Never anyone available at the weekend to take calls regarding problems with property. No one cares that property needs maintenance work doing. No ownership taken by any member of staff when enquiring about completing standard land lord/letting agency jobs where property maintenance is required to maintain a safe living environment.
