Unlike other agents we've encountered, he was never evasive—he gave us straight answers, answered every query promptly, and worked tirelessly to make sure the purchase went smoothly. Andrew was also great whenever we spoke with him, providing fantastic additional support and keeping everything on track.<br><br>Thanks in huge part to James's exceptional service and care, we successfully completed our purchase and happily moved into our new home last week! Jackie was so kind and helpful throughout the entire letting process! She kept us updated at every turn and was an utter pleasure to work with, she made everything so painless! She was so thorough with making sure the property was up to a high standard when we got the keys, after dealing with London letting agents who couldn’t care less this was so refreshing! I can’t recommend Grier & Partners enough, especially Jackie! Thank you!!

19th Jun 2022 (4 years ago)Diabolical service. Never anyone available at the weekend to take calls regarding problems with property. No one cares that property needs maintenance work doing. No ownership taken by any member of staff when enquiring about completing standard land lord/letting agency jobs where property maintenance is required to maintain a safe living environment.

Tracy done some really amazing viewings on our property and managed to get us an offer after the first viewing. Shane took really good quality photos of our property and got us online asap as we were in a hurry to sell to secure another property.
