Absolutely appalling customer service. If I were renting or selling a property, I would not be using this company. Richard and his assistant were unhelpful and dismissive, refusing to show me and my team a property we were genuinely interested in renting or buying. Their reason was that we hadn’t yet obtained a change of use — which makes no sense, as any reasonable business would only consider that after viewing and deciding whether the property is suitable. The attitude and lack of professionalism were extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Carigiet Cowen to anyone looking for a helpful or proactive commercial agent.... Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.... Read more
