The digital app and the advertising works really well. Being able to control viewings and offers on the app is brilliant and highly recommend other estate agents do this. Once the property was live and our original agent changed, every interaction has been awful. Promised weekly phone calls from our dedicated agent, didn't receive any. Agent has changed multiple times without our knowledge. Been on to live chat to ask for call backs when we had offers as we asked for help to negotiate and still didn't get a call back. Ended up just doing it myself. Have since accepted an offer and still haven't had a phone call from anyone. Even after going online and asking someone to call. Absolutely ridiculous. Definitely not worth £999. Actually feel like we shouldn't pay a penny as they done nothing to help us.... Read more
