Always had fab tenants and kept updated to by the team . In latter years have also sold property as now wanting to retire and again have been kept informed on the process . I do not hesitate to recommend letting2sales to anyone thinking of letting or selling and thank Mike , Hannah and Sarah and Sue now retired for many years of great service thank you all .

15th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)They sold us the idea that everything would be electronic and that we would have to duplicate paperwork but that had not been the case but overall they have been very good

Throughout the whole process, Gareth has been nothing but open, honest, supportive and professional. We’ve had a bit of an up-and-down journey with property sales, through no fault of anyone’s, but Gareth has been there every step of the way, offering reassurance, advice and support whenever we’ve needed it. The sale of our other property went through smoothly, and Gareth was absolutely amazing throughout. His communication has been second to none. He’s always kept us updated, been completely transparent and, if there was ever something he didn’t know, he made sure he found out and came back to us. What really sets Gareth apart is that he genuinely cares about the people he’s helping. You’re not just another sale to him. He’s gone above and beyond for us, and what started as a professional relationship has turned into a genuine friendship. She handled the sale of my 3-bedroom townhouse, and from start to finish, she was absolutely amazing.<br><br>Lydia went above and beyond in every aspect of the process. Her professionalism, communication, dedication and genuine commitment to getting the job done were second to none. Selling a property can be stressful, but Lydia made the whole experience so much easier by keeping me informed, being incredibly supportive and always making me feel like I was in safe hands.<br><br>What really stood out was how much she genuinely cared. 2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)We used Mel for the sale of our property, after being let down from our first estate agent.<br>All I can say is I wished I had used Mel from the start. She was always more than happy to assist with any questions that I had & was extremely helpful for our first time buyers to help them with the process. We had a bit of a situation with solicitors, but Mel was onto them, chasing and efficiently got everything organised.<br>I would highly recommend Mel if you’re looking to sell your house!- This agent doesn't have any reviews
