Emily and Ellie were especially a pleasure to work with: they both provided us with a really smooth and efficient service from passing on our initial offer, through property viewing, referencing to contract signing and handing us the keys to our lovely new home. They even surprised us with a personalised Home Move Box, which was such a nice touch and made us feel so welcome. I and my husband can only recommend Emily, Ellie and their Lettings Team to other prospective lettings customers looking for a great service. I would also like to give a big shout out for Gemma for her amazingly efficient and expert mortgage advice and matching us with the best mortgage lenders. Loved the virtual tour of our home when it went up for sale and the pictures were really impressive - great attention to detail as well. From the very first meeting through to completion, the entire team provided an outstanding level of service, professionalism, and support.<br><br>What impressed us most was that this was truly a team effort. Every member of staff we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and fully up to date with our sale. At every stage we felt that everyone was working together towards the same goal: achieving the best possible outcome while making what can often be a stressful process feel calm, manageable, and well organised.<br><br>Oakleys’ understanding of the local Berkhamsted market was exceptional. Their advice on pricing, presentation, marketing, and strategy was thoughtful, realistic, and clearly based on many years of experience. They sold our property within 3 weeks of going on sale, even within a difficult economic period. Photography was excellent and thorough.<br><br>We would strongly recommend Jacob and Orchid, we were extremely happy with the service.

David has demonstrated a 'get stuff done' energy I can only dream of having, as well as real market experience and knowledge that he will honestly communicate in a responsive, but sympathetic, manner. Could not ask for anything more in an agent, above and beyond the call of duty, if only all businesses worked like this.

Her communication was clear, friendly, and professional throughout the process, and she made the overall experience straightforward and well-managed.
