26th Sep 2023 (3 years ago)We had a very positive home-finding and move-in experience with the Brown&Merry Lettings Team. Emily and Ellie were especially a pleasure to work with: they both provided us with a really smooth and efficient service from passing on our initial offer, through property viewing, referencing to contract signing and handing us the keys to our lovely new home. They even surprised us with a personalised Home Move Box, which was such a nice touch and made us feel so welcome. I and my husband can only recommend Emily, Ellie and their Lettings Team to other prospective lettings customers looking for a great service. I would also like to give a big shout out for Gemma for her amazingly efficient and expert mortgage advice and matching us with the best mortgage lenders. I can’t thank everyone at Brown&Merry Tring enough for taking property matters to the next level.

19th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)They provide a lot of foot fall, and viewings but never able to close the deal. They also have a lot of clients that don't show up. They don't check up to see how things are going, only when there are viewings. There is no central knowledge on the fittings and fitments of the house so different agents gave different insights to the property, often missing things.
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)My husband and I found Rique Cofie very, kind and helpful but; above all professional and knowledgeable. He keeps the communication lines open and ensures that everything is done in a timely manner.

22nd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)David Doyle made the process of selling our house as fast and easy as possible from start to finish.
10th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)Personal service
2nd Jun 2024 (2 years ago)The photos were very bad, unless I contacted them, I didn't hear from them. 10 weeks wasted.
23rd Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)I switched to Hunters after struggling to sell my property with the initial agent. From the off the team were efficient and gained multiple viewings and subsequent offers, resulting in a fast sale. Their communication was great throughout and the sale went through seamlessly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.- 29th Jun 2026 (17 weeks ago)We have had a great experience with the Brown & Merry team at Berkhamsted whilst searching for a house. We particularly wanted to mention Isobel Clarke who has kept in touch regularly with updates and new properties on to the market, she has always been professional, helpful and friendly and a pleasure to speak with and goes beyond to make you feel valued. We have now found our forever home with Brown & Merry and and going through the buying process with Lucy, there has been excellent communication throughout. We would highly recommend Isobel and all the team. Thank you.
9th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Unfortunately we weren’t successful in selling the property but the team were punctual, friendly and reliable. We did come close to making a sale and the team were great in terms of updates and how the process was managed. The only improvement for me was that I never saw our flat promoted as a premium placement on Rightmove/Zoopla, and I would have liked to have receive the monthly performance reports (I work with data so this may be a me-preference rather than what most people want. I requested it once but it was never proactively offered)- 29th Sep 2024 (2 years ago)Really friendly, very accommodating, and a pleasure dealing with.
24th May 2023 (3 years ago)Very poor level of service from day one until departure. Failed to look after our best interests as customers paying rent and basically had to deal with poor customer service throughout. Approach with extreme caution.
24th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)Working with Oakleys has been a and absolute pleasure finalising on a new home. As well as their professionalism and efficiency, what I think was particularly unique about their approach was how they work as a real team in order to support the home buying process. From start to finish, they made what can be a very stressful experience (!) a seamless and enjoyable experience instead - can't recommend highly enough!
31st Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Imagine were positive and enthusiastic with selling my property and made it a very easy and simple process for me. Thank you!
17th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)Did not actually sell through squires but they did what they could to help
11th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)Cheryl from Cesare & Co has been amazing throughout our entire property search. She was very professional and diligent, going out of her way to show us plenty of options. When it was time to move in, she remained available for any questions we had, provided all necessary information about the property, and helped us with all the paperwork.
?It was truly a great experience working with her, and she is welcome anytime for tea and coffee!
14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Jacob was brilliant. 10/10.
Had my flat on sale with brown and merry. Awful experience.
Found orchid and they were brilliant.

Thank you

11th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)A united team at Regent makes a tenants experience easier and they break the mould. Support and understanding made my stay and life a better one! Highly recommended!
14th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Excellent experience, the house was marketed at he right price and sold within a few days. The sales progression support was excellent and made sure everything went according to plan. Would highly recommend.

23rd Oct 2026 (4 days ago)Taylor and his team are really professional. The communication has been really good. They have been very understanding about our situation. So far the whole process has been really good. The local knowledge has really helped too. I have been very happy with their service and it’s been reassuring to know our father’s house sale is in good hands. Thank you to all involved.
