I wanted to do my own viewings, and Purple Bricks were bar far the best value for money. They put our board up within a day, and took our photos and did the EPC certificate within 3 days. A week after we decided to sell it was advertised on Zoopla and Right Move. Viewings were managed through the portal very simply. They requested feedback from every viewing. When we had an offer it was so easy to negotiate through the portal. After we accepted the offer they put the sold sign up next day, produced the memorandum of sale within 2 days and amended the zoopla and rightmove status. They are superb compared to the agent we are buying our house off who still havnt marked as sold a week after having our offer accepted. I would recommend purple bricks without hesitation....
