Annie calmly guided us though several tough decisions based on experience and a feet on the ground, down to earth feel for the market. We’re very happy with the outcome as are our buyers.
17th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)We are so glad we chose the Knight Frank team in Cobham to sell our house! Dan Miller was outstanding managing a tight timeline. He was communicative, proactive and highly professional, liaising closely with the buyers and all parties, to ensure everyone was aligned and working towards an agreed tight completion date, that was achieved before Christmas! Dan really made a difference in making this happen. Dans knowledge of the local market and ability to deal with any tricky situation gave us a lot of confidence. His calm and considered approach, in particular, made what can often be a stressful process feel easy and reassuring from start to finish.

I could not have been more pleased with my eventual choice.<br>Jamie, Paul and Selina were a pleasure to deal with. From my initial meeting with Jamie, through their multiple visits to the house accompanying viewers and then buyers, I always felt confident that this was a team that worked hard, to provide a service that was about delivering the right result for the seller and buyer. And they are such nice people too!<br>I thoroughly recommend them.

10th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Sadly not the company they once were; as a managing agent they are chasing me for service charges despite me having instructed an agent and these deatils being advised some time ago. The excuses given were staff name changes amnd absence - seriously? No apology, just a referral to the complainst process. There are far better companies providing these services

They moved quickly to get the photos live which helped generate viewings, and they kept me in the loop consistently with updates on feedback, interest levels, and next steps. What stood out most was how proactive they were — they didn’t just “list it and hope,” they actually drove things forward. I’d happily recommend them.

Right from his initial appraisal he understood precisely what needed to be done and the timescale it needed doing in. He priced the property perfectly and marketed it impeccably. Nothing was ever too much trouble and his experience and expertise went over and above anything I expected. The team at Jackson-Stops arranged quality viewings and always gave prompt and honest feedback throughout the sales process. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jackson-Stops Dorking.- 13th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)I've been with Patrick Gardner letting agents in Leatherhead for 8.5 years now; I'm just about to move into my third property with them and I've always had a very positive experience. Everyone there is helpful, professional and friendly. Evie is particularly lovely and is always happy to answer my (many) questions! When I explained to Evie that I have ADHD she was incredibly understanding; she's very patient, calm and professional - but also really bubbly and down-to-earth which always puts me at ease. I find phone calls hard at times but I'm never nervous when Evie picks up the phone, I feel listened to and understood. I'm truly thankful for her and feel Patrick Gardner are extremely lucky to have her in their team. I look forward to continuing with Patrick Gardner for as long as I am renting. Garry has consistently delivered excellent service while selling my house. The sale was complex due to probate, but his depth of knowledge and availability took the stress out of any legal issues that arose. Communication was brilliant and I always felt that nothing was too much when asking for support. I would highly recommend using the team to buy or sell a property. I would like to take this final opportunity to thank Garry and the team for everything.

He delivered the best deal for us as vendors in a challenging and competitive market.
23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)Very disappointing experience with this agency. Communication from their representative, Josh, was unnecessarily argumentative and lacked professionalism. Reasonable requests regarding suitable viewing times were inaccurately presented as a refusal. As a tenant, I remained cooperative, yet the tone and approach taken made the process stressful and uncomfortable. Professionalism and respectful communication should be standard practice in any property agency. However, he was lack of them. In this case, Josh clearly fell short of these standards. In contrast, my communication with Jena was professional, polite, and respectful. She arranged viewings appropriately and approached matters in a courteous manner, which made cooperation much easier. Professional and respectful communication makes a significant difference, and I hope this agency ensures consistency across its team. Update in response to the agency’s reply: I stand by my review, as it reflects my genuine experience. I have retained screenshots of the communication between Joshua and myself, including responses that I found dismissive and unprofessional, such as the use of a laughing emoji when I mentioned raising a complaint. This understandably gave the impression that my concerns were not being taken seriously. For clarity, two viewings were successfully conducted at the property with my agreement. This clearly demonstrates that I was cooperative and did not refuse access. As a working tenant, I simply requested reasonable availability within my schedule, which is entirely within my legal rights. Leaving a review on Google is also my right as a consumer when I feel my experience does not reflect the standards described in your response. Should the matter require independent review, I am comfortable referring it to The Property Ombudsman so that an impartial assessment can determine whether the communication met appropriate professional standards. I remain willing to cooperate within reasonable and respectful boundaries. However, I do not wish to continue communication with Joshua and request that future arrangements are handled by another respectful representative.
17th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)H+P came highly recommended to us from previous customers. On viewing the website and learning a bit more about the company, that being the boutique approach to property sales was the first step towards inviting them to value alongside others local agents. India on arrival for the valuation had us from her greeting and the approach to the process which took into account, not just the physical features but how we lived in and used the space. She stood head and shoulders above the other local agents who valued our property. We felt confident in her approach and it was no way near other estate agency interactions we have experienced over the years!. The marketing of the property from the advice on presenting the home and the suite of photos and video made our property stand out from the local competition of similar properties on the market at the time. From this point the whole team approach of H and P in managing the viewings , open house and subsequent sale follow up was very evident. We had accepted an offer in less than two weeks of the property going live and the subsequent process to exchange and completion in under 4 months , all in what appears to be a very slow current property market. The key to this was H and P's approach to ensuring the right buyers are looking at the right properties from their excellent portfolio that they manage the marketing and subsequent sales of. We were contacted regularly and the team always had time to speak and support through the process. Our ongoing purchase was a separate transaction which posed some problems keeping both sides on track, the team understanding and appropriate support where they could ensured we managed to bring our sale and next purchase in line with only a 3 day hiatus. H and P partners who were recommended but not forcefully, delivered to meet our expectations with some above and beyond expectations. Demonstrating why they are partners with similar ethos and business approach. I cannot recommend India , Dan and Chris enough if considering selling as we did or buying in the area. if we were ever to return to the area we would not think twice to work with them for the excellent service, excellent knowledge and excellent portfolio of properties, they redefined estate agency positively for us!!! They are now venturing into property rental management and we wish them well. We are sure both landlords and tenants will be safe in their expert hands.

Alex himself is always upbeat and a pleasure to spend time with, nothing seems too much trouble or to phase him. If you are looking for an Estate Agent to shoulder the stress and make moving as easy as possible go with Alex. Alex sees the whole deal, sale and purchase, and was actively involved in both achieving a great outcome for us. He is birlliant!

30th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)The reviews speak for themselves! We’ve recently purchased a house from them and genuinely can’t recommend them enough…if I could give more than 5 stars I would! We initially weren’t sure whether we wanted to rent or buy and had contacted a few different companies in the area/went in and provided our details (I heard back from none of them except for Hetti at Ralph James within an hour of contacting them). She is the reason we now have a house! Her communication was excellent, she is transparent, friendly and very trustworthy. I will only use RJ in future! Thank you Hetti! I would also highly recommend using their suggestions for solicitors and mortgage broker, both of which were excellent.
