Alex’s knowledge of the market and the local area is second to non, and he was always on the other end of the phone be it for reassurance or updates on viewings etc. I really felt as though our hand was held throughout the process and nothing was ever a problem and always delivered with a smile! The marketing of our home was exceptional both from Newbury as well as Head Office.
