We had really excellent support from Sylwia, so kind and so professional. Throughout a tricky process, Sylwia handled everything for us and got the right outcome for us. We really felt that we mattered to her, as well as the whole Davis Tate team. I recommend Sylwia and the whole team wholeheartedly.

The team was consistently responsive, helpful and reassuring, keeping me informed throughout and making the entire process feel straightforward and stress-free.<br><br>What impressed me most was that the service never felt merely transactional. There was a genuine sense of care, attention and willingness to help, combined with the efficiency and professionalism you would expect from a first-class agency. Every interaction was handled promptly and courteously, and I always felt that I was in very capable hands.<br><br>It is increasingly rare to come across this combination of excellent communication, genuine support and consistently high professional standards. He worked across buyer and seller to get the deal done. After the price was agreed, Paul and the Singletons team remained engaged throughout the transaction helping resolve obstacles and keep the sale on track. Result was completion within 6 weeks. I can't recommend Singletons Pangbourne highly enough.

So sorry to the seller, but it was not worth risking my mental health in dealing with an abrupt, pompous individual. Didn’t even acknowledge my email, though unsurprising given the communication thus far! Shame Rightmove doesn’t allow you to filter out agents!

18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.

8th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)We bought our house through Ewemove Tadley and they were pretty good to deal with as a buyer for the most part, but charging £80+ for ID checks from the buyers is absolutely criminal and takes the mick. No need for that whatsoever, sheer profiteering. I know other EA’s don’t charge this so it’s completely unnecessary. Do better.
