11th Apr 2026 (12 weeks ago)I found them most helpful and always avalible at the end of the phone. Also they did all but one of the viewings which was better for us as wefeel it is very daunting showing prospective byers round the house. We also got feedback from the viewings promptly.

She was very informative and appeared very open and honest; someone we felt confident and happy to deal with. When we confirmed we wanted to purchase, she accommodated us for every viewing and remained professional, thorough and very helpful through to final completion. She helped us achieve a seamless and stress free transaction. We even received a very thoughtful and lovely gift from her when she handed over the keys. We couldn’t have wished for more and we would highly recommend her very bespoke and thoroughly professional service. Thank you.

Lizzy in particular did an amazing job to keep on top of things due to a protracted conveyancing process which was out of our control. Without her assistance we'd probably still not have completed, so we're very grateful to her and the team in Attleborough.

18th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)We had the absolute pleasure of working with Diogo as our mortgage advisor with William H Brown, and he has really helped every step of the way, with the promise (and clear intent) that he will continue until keys are in our hands.<br><br>Everything has been made to ensure that we are well informed, and in control of our movements. He has not even once tried to do a "typical sales move" and never once have we felt that he is just processing a commission, but it is clear dealing with our future and our interests.<br><br>Lovely genuine chap, who clearly works hard with the best intentions for us. Cannot recommend Diogo enough, what an asset to the Attleborough branch, and William H Brown as a whole. Thank you!
