The team at Minors and Brady have been fab in selling my house. What I really liked is that they always, and I mean always, answer the phone (no select this or that or take a message!) and set about answering any queries I have. The whole team have been courteous, helpful and respectful. I was with another local estate agent prior to M & Brady and I have to say their responsiveness and chasing of buyers was not nearly as good at M & Brady. Particular mention to Joseph who I trusted straight off, Theo and Morgan who were always keeping me updated, and Nicola who managed the offer process beautifully. Thank you.<br>Now hopefully all will go through to completion smoothly.

They are more expensive than other agents in the area, however I think the cost is worth it as they sold our house in only 10 days! With a young family, I was very grateful for that. However, the male in the office who I specifically rang and asked about the BLACK BARN in the photos, told me was part of the property; I drove over 325 miles today on a wasted journey, due to incorrect information!! I clearly explained why the storage of the barn was important.. I loved the area, think Michaela understands what I’m after, but would I trust information from this estate agent at the moment.. We got the initial deal with James and he was lovely really nice guy. Anyways after searching for our perfect next home we have been exclusive to minor and Brady for 8 weeks. Within the first week our property did not get any views booked which we know the market is uncertain at the moment but the sheer pressure to put our property price down so we could get a viewing all within the first couple of weeks was honestly bad service. If you are doing valuations on a house at a certain price you can’t change your mind after a week. Anyways I did not enjoy Nicola service whatsoever she was very patronising. All the guys working for diss branch however did give good service right until the end. We could not find out next home so we decided to post pone our search and on the 24th of July I emailed Theo asking to take down our property and to pick up the for sale sign as we are waiting until next year to see if anything comes up in a area that we like. This was not communicated amongst the team and therefore I was getting calls and emails about viewings whilst on holiday. I then emailed Nicola once I was back to remove the property from the market again and pick up the for sale sign again, only to have a blunt email back and a list of people that I couldn’t sell my property to in the near future. Not only that the for sale signs is still here to be picked up. Our first selling experience was a mess, I will be honest I do not think I’ll be making business with Minors and Brady diss again. Requesting nearly £4000 for this service is appalling.
