23rd Apr 2022 (4 years ago)I found them very ineffectual in the process with constant mistakes our house seems to have the sale going through but it was my husband that showed people around I believe by the interest that we had from day one that their estimate on the value was too low and you have to chase them for every piece of information

They always answer the phone and any questions, everything is documented and explained, nothing is too much trouble. Effective communication is essential, and they truly excelled at it!

From the start, they were proactive, courteous and always on top of everything.<br><br>After struggling to get offers with our previous estate agent, M&P managed to generate multiple offers for us, which really demonstrated the difference their experience and approach made.<br><br>A special thanks to Hannah, who was incredibly proactive, helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. 16th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)The digital app and the advertising works really well. Being able to control viewings and offers on the app is brilliant and highly recommend other estate agents do this. Once the property was live and our original agent changed, every interaction has been awful. Promised weekly phone calls from our dedicated agent, didn't receive any. Agent has changed multiple times without our knowledge. Been on to live chat to ask for call backs when we had offers as we asked for help to negotiate and still didn't get a call back. Ended up just doing it myself. Have since accepted an offer and still haven't had a phone call from anyone. Even after going online and asking someone to call. Absolutely ridiculous. Definitely not worth £999. Actually feel like we shouldn't pay a penny as they done nothing to help us.Purplebricks - covering Romford

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.
