The lettings team Sian, Coral, Lisa, have looked after one our our properties for a number of Years and there service is second to none, nothing was too much trouble helping us get set up as landlords to dealing with tenants, taught us alot. Then we came to sell both our rented properties which the sales team assisted tremendously, Michelle, Summer, Tina, Daisy and Paul helped us with the process of both properties, thank you both Lettings and Sales team, your efforts and help were dreadfully appreciated.

6th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)From the initial engagement, advice on house preparation, viewings, offers and eventual sale, Chesters Estates are the ultimate professionals.<br><br>We had a very quick sale and no issues at all. Communication was excellent and they completely owned the process, liaising with the buyers, conveyancing and myself, keeping me informed at every step.<br><br>We got a fair price for the property and Chesters' own costs were very reasonable too.<br><br>I would highly recommend Chesters - A++++.
25th Sep 2019 (7 years ago)This estate agent was worse than useless, very rude and slow. Messed me about with the house I was supposed to buy and move into and was I chargeed £2,500 before they could take the property off the market. Then the sitting tenant refused to move out and it took over 6 months get our money back and only achieved this by report ing them to the Property Ombudman. Lost close to £ 3,000 in findin g an alternative property to buy and had to take them to court. Now they have movrd from their Orsett road premises after they got expelled from the property ombufsman membership and are nowhere to be found... BeEWARE AND DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL

They always answer the phone and any questions, everything is documented and explained, nothing is too much trouble. Effective communication is essential, and they truly excelled at it!

They were quick to respond, always happy to answer any questions, and got everything sorted really quickly. Jason , Millie , Sarah made me feel welcome and not just a number.<br>They made an appointment to view my property and soon came back with a draft of potential expectancies. Within no time at all I had viewings and a tenant. I couldn’t ask for a better service.<br>I was kept up to date with progress and everything went smoothly. Glad I choose Noble and would highly recommend these guys, if you want a first class service with polite and friendly staff and great communication these are the team to go with.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with them, and 100 Keys Properties is without doubt the best estate agency we have ever worked with. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

He recommended great solicitors, helped to organise a broker and went above and beyond to make sure the process was smooth. He was always available when needed and would regularly keep in touch with updates and just to check in to make sure everything was going ok. Couldn’t recommend him and Stanton Hockett enough.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

Though it was long journey but Silvan really made it so easy and clear for us...She guided us and helped us to know all the risk factors and everything...we got a good amount of mortgage money for our first home and we are really pleased for her services...I recommend silvan as a mortgage advisor to everyone...
