My partner and I have been traveling around the UK for the last four years, primarily on shorter tenancies, so we’ve dealt with quite a few letting agents and landlords along the way. Holland Broadbridge stands out as genuinely the best we’ve worked with.

Everyone in the office has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind throughout our tenancy. We’ve dealt with Millie from the beginning, who has been wonderful, but everyone we’ve encountered has been so helpful. When a repair was arranged, the team went above and beyond - not only sorting the issue we knew about, but fixing an additional problem we hadn’t even expected. Little moments like that really show you the kind of team you’re dealing with.

Their contractors have been efficient and respectful too. It’s been a genuinely great experience from start to finish, and we’d recommend Holland Broadbridge without hesitation to anyone looking for a letting agent who actually looks after their tenants. They’re the best in Shrewsbury, and we feel lucky that they’ve made our experience of returning to this beautiful place so welcoming.... Read more

Sarah Plant at Stentons Properties was extremely helpful throughout the process and made my move to Broseley a smooth and stress-free experience. She was professional, responsive, and kept me informed every step of the way. Any questions or concerns were dealt with promptly, and her friendly approach made the whole transition much easier.
