I had an extremely disappointing experience with this estate agent. Throughout the process, I felt I was treated with a complete lack of professionalism and respect. On several occasions, staff laughed at me while I was trying to discuss genuine concerns about the property, which left me feeling humiliated and upset. The situation became so difficult that my electrician refused to continue dealing with them because of how rude and dismissive they were. The property on Thames Road also failed its electrical inspections, and I was very concerned about what I considered to be serious safety issues. Despite raising these concerns, they were unwilling to negotiate or engage in any meaningful discussion. Instead of listening to my concerns, I felt dismissed at every opportunity. The entire experience left me in tears, and I would not recommend this estate agent based on how I was treated.
