   We decided on Neilsons Solicitors and Estate Agents for both the sale of our property and purchase of a new build. We are so glad that we did!<br><br>From the very initial stages our Property Valuer Kevin Conway instantly put us at ease. He took a genuine interest in our property and ensured he noted down all the key features. He was very knowledgeable of the market and was able to steer us in the right direction when it came to setting an asking price which would attract interest while obtaining a reasonable expectation to achieve more than the valuation or at least the valuation.<br><br>The system for setting up viewings of our property for sale and gaining feedback worked very well. We were giving plenty of notice of viewings allowing us time to make arrangements for our baby.<br><br>Sian Burt (senior paralegal) and Phoebe King (trainee solicitor) were absolutely exceptional. They went above and beyond to answer any questions, ensure that we understood every part of the process,and to support us through it and their communication was exceptional. We couldn't have asked for more! For what is a very stressful experience we were made to feel in very safe hands.<br><br>Suzie Johnstone (Anti-Money Laundering Officer) was very clear in what documentation we required for all the checks and made it a very streamlined process.<br><br>Apologies for anyone I have missed.
