Steve is extremely honest - from realistic pricing in the current market to quickly and efficiently dealing with offers and negotiations.<br><br>Osbornes have excellent communication (loved the Watsapp group - so much more convenient than agents constantly ringing to arrange viewings, then confirm them etc). They are always contactable - any queries dealt with either immediately or within the hour.<br><br>If you’re looking to sell I highly recommend using Osbornes. They make what will always be an incredibly stressful experience much easier!

We were selling a property, having had no success with a previous agent. From the outset everyone was professional, direct, easy to deal with and reliable in their approach. All questions were responded to quickly and the process felt calm at all stages, even when there were the inevitable sticky moments that will happen with this kind of process. Unlike many chain estate agents (not all) where in the past I’ve made to feel you are just a number and a commission ticket. So well done Billingham Martin.

17th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Jasper was polite and communicative before moving in, however made false promises and Prospect have been very difficult in terms of resolving simple repairs and issues. Also no handover when moving in.
