14th Mar 2026 (4 days ago)An absolute pleasure dealing with the team at Knights Property services, they were brilliant, they kept us informed every step of the way, in Any questions we had were dealt with in a friendly efficient manner and they always had the answer back the same day. Once an offer was accepted we were handed over to Andrew who again did an exceptional job, constantly on the case and making sure we were aware of what was happening , couldn’t have made it any easier. Well done everyone and a big thank you, Would highly recommend!

27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)We used Bridges to sell our house. As part of their service they employ sales progressors. We were allocated Mel. We can not praise her highly enough. As soon as we contacted her with any concerns she actioned our call immediately rang around the chain and got us an update. It was solely due to her that our very large chain progressed to exchange and shortly completion. In addition if she promised to call you back she always did. I would highly recommend bridges and most importantly Mel to anyone thinking of selling their house
22nd Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)We have just sold our house in Farnham through Charters. Our main contact was Josh Futcher. He has been great at arranging many many viewings and getting people to come and see our house. Finally, one couple, one viewing and that was all we needed. And we are so thrilled to be buying a house through Charters as well. We've had our sights on this particular house for 3 months and finally Josh has made it happen. Josh was a pleasure to work with. Professional, polite and easy to get on with. Thank you so much.
2nd Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)We bought our house with Romans in Fleet in July 2025, after almost two years of searching and working with several agencies in different areas. Once we decided to focus on Fleet, Romans truly stood out. Special thanks to Charlie and Matthew, who were outstanding throughout the process. Communication was fast and proactive, and their support during negotiations was excellent. Thanks to their efforts, we achieved a very good price reduction, which played a key role in making the purchase happen. They were also very helpful in arranging multiple viewings to suit our needs. The only area that could be improved is the move manager role. Unfortunately, this part of the process was more stressful than helpful. Communication around completion and moving day (keys, meeting point, and next steps) was unclear and came very late, which caused unnecessary confusion. At such a critical stage, clearer guidance and better coordination would make a big difference. That said, the Romans Fleet team stepped in to resolve the issues, and overall it was a genuinely positive experience. They helped facilitate the process for both buyer and seller, avoided unnecessary obstacles, and handled negotiations in a friendly, positive, and professional way. After some very poor experiences with other agencies in Fleet, I can confidently say that Romans Fleet is one of the best agencies in the area, and I would happily recommend them.

12th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Mine was a relatively simple sale - one bed flat , no chain not very exciting but that didn’t effect the level of service, enthusiasm and professionalism of James, Derek and their staff. All went smoothly and when legal people seemed to be dragging their heels a bit they were on them and by contacting them for updates daily the sale went through relatively smoothly. As I was over 200 miles away it was a relief to have people that could deal with everything , do all viewings with little input from myself. Highly recommend

They worked hard to find a buyer, then the hard work really started when we found there was a problem with one of the buyers in the chain, and their estate agent dropped the ball. Victoria and Amalia kept chasing throughout and their communication was spot on. I would 100% recommend McCarthy Holden to anyone looking to buy or sell in Fleet.

They illegally over-inflate costs and act as awful third party contact between tenant and landlord, hardly every relaying accurate information. I’ve been heavily pregnant throughout ending my tenancy and they’ve caused me nothing but severe stress.
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

3rd Mar 2026 (15 days ago)I recently dealt with Greg James Estate Agents while trying to purchase a property, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. I found them to be rude and unprofessional in their communication. At what should already be a stressful time when trying to buy a house, I felt they lacked courtesy, transparency, and basic professionalism. I do not believe they acted in the right manner during the process, and their conduct left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a potential buyer. Buying a home is a significant financial and emotional commitment, and I expected a much higher standard of service. Sadly, this was not the case. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them.
30th Dec 2025 (11 weeks ago)I've been dealing with many different agencies when searching to rent a property, but only Seymours are worth recommending in my experience. Speedy, professional and transparent from the very beginning. The team I've dealt with (Kez, Olivia, and Ana) have all been super helpful throughout the whole process of renting. Hopefully more agencies can adopt such a high standard of services with no trickery involved.
3rd Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Seymours appear to have very good local knowledge and their offices cover a wide area. I have put good for value for money as nobody likes parting with it! Having said that they did me a good deal. I have put good for valuation accuracy as the situation is such at the moment that the earlier valuation was greater than the market will stand, although online estimates suggest otherwise and are clearly way too generous!
10th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)We recently purchased a house marketed through Newton Rowe and though it wasn’t the smoothest of transactions with our buyers disappearing mid-transaction (whilst we were on the market with a different estate agency), Sarah was incredible to deal with. She went above and beyond to ensure the chain stayed in tact, kept all parties constantly informed and followed up diligently until the transaction was complete. There were times when we really didn’t think it would happen but Sarah made it happen! She really offers a personal touch and is an incredible human being. You really get the sense of pride she takes in her work and in actually bringing joy to her clients. She genuinely cares and it shows! I would never think of looking elsewhere and will always recommend Sarah to anyone looking to buy or sell their property. Super grateful for everything you’ve done for us!

27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)Avocado have been a pleasure to deal with throughout. Their marketing was superb and customer service has been exceptional throughout. I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

Communication and an honest approach has enabled us to get to this point. Whilst at times we have felt like giving up, Michael has been proactively chasing the chain, sending multiple updates, keeping us informed at all times and kept us motivated for the end goal. By far the best agent out there.
