Not only did they find the perfect family to buy our home of 27 years but they were there 24/7 to solve any problems that arose during this stressful process. Any call at any time was not a problem, they were there, not just on the phone but personal presence, which was amazing..again!. I honestly feel very thankful for having lion wolf estate agents to sale my property as I do not believe any other agent would be able to deal with is so patiently as Diamond did. Thank you Naz for managing this matter, you are doing a great job.
6th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.

11th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)We instructed Perfect Pillars in April 2025. Sharon did an excellent job arranging viewers as she was very easy to deal with. In July ( approx) we secured a buyer. Jenny was very skilled in how she managed the long journey to conveyancing completion, despite issues with the buyers lender, Jenny demonstrated excellent customer service, keeping all parties informed until completion in late November 2025. I would recommend this estate agent as their approach I feel is more effective than other estate agents overall.
