26th Sep 2026 (4 weeks ago)Slow off the mark once contract signed (forgot to book photographer); had been sure of handling incumbent tenant but capitulated. Lag to viewings, then slow to remarket once tenant gone… Months have elapsed and although they found a buyer - the agreed price is £50k below guide and still exchange hasn’t happened. Occasionally good to talk to but only act when their fee seems to be receding?!

Liz especially went above and beyond to keep all parties informed, proactively resolved issues and ensured that both the sale and purchase progressed as smoothly as possible.<br><br>Their commitment to achieving the best outcome for the clients was unwavering and undoubtedly played a significant role in the successful completion of the transactions.<br><br>As a solicitor, I would not hesitate to recommend them and look forward to working with them again in the future.

26th Jun 2026 (18 weeks ago)In my experience I found Dexters to be very good when dealing with finding a new rental. Though I must give a call out to their letting agent Emma. Finding a place can be stressful and time consuming but, she was always calm and ever so helpful. Very down to earth person and seemed nothing was too much trouble. She always kept in regular contact be it by phone and/or email (whichever was easier for me), responding to queries same day. All the forms to fill out is quite stressful and I found her to be ever so helpful when it came to these which really helped me as was having problems accessing them. Saw her at the office and she went through them with me. A lovely down to earth lady who happily helped every step of the way. Made what is a naturally stressful experience actually manageable. I would recommend!

29th Oct 2015 (10 years ago)Prestige probably has been the best estate agent I've ever dealt with when renting! Stayed in a lovely Twickenham apartment until unfortunately the owner sold it. Tina, Sandra, Rick and Diane were all so friendly and attentive to any minor problem we had in the flat and was refreshing with dealing with such friendly, trustworthy and attentive estate agents :)- 23rd Jul 2024 (2 years ago)George Lewis and Gareth Davies have been going far and beyond as estate agents. They might not be very visible at first but they did their best to resolve our major flat issues. We didn’t have any problems communicating with them and their lines are always open. Thank you very much!

They listen to what you ask for, they give accurate valuations of your property, and they take great care and attention over how they market your property. David has now become a trusted advisor and we will go back to TPP if we were to ever sell again. Have recommended them to many friends and family.
5th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)I have just exchanged on the sale of my house in St Margarets and couldn’t be happier with the service I received from John D Wood.<br>They introduced me to the ideal off-market buyer, meaning I was able to avoid the stress of a full marketing campaign. That said, I was also very impressed by their proposed marketing, brochures and overall approach, which I felt were superior to those offered by other agents I spoke to.<br>Daniel and Jane were both instrumental in getting the exchange over the line within a tight timeframe and were excellent throughout the process.<br>I would happily recommend John D Wood to anyone looking to sell in the area.

29th Aug 2026 (8 weeks ago)My experience with Madison Brook Twickenham has unfortunately been extremely disappointing. They have been managing the rental of my flat, and almost every matter has been frustrating to deal with and handled unprofessionally.<br><br>I appointed a managing agent to reduce the stress and workload of renting out my property, but instead, dealing with Madison Brook has created more work and frustration than managing it myself.<br><br>In particular, my experience with Natasha has been very poor. I found her communication rude, her service inefficient, and her approach to client service seriously lacking. Issues that should have been straightforward were unnecessarily difficult and frustrating to resolve.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would not recommend Madison Brook for property management.

19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)I met Maria last year when she valued the property for probate and confirmed she could sell the house for me, sadly it took 9 months for probate and a reoccurring cancer issue on my health led to a slight delay which she handled with fantastic empathy and professionalism to understand my health issue and concerns and to work with me to make it work, i had viewings within a day of the property on market sometimes 3 in a day, always is that ok rob or how are you feeling. She got me an offer within 10days within 1% of the asking price. She was available for everything always on time kind courteous and an absolute pleasure to deal with. If an issue arose she had it fixed that day and had my complete faith dealing with my solicitor emma at Stone Rowe brewer and they got the sale completed. No matter what I had to do she backed me and nothing was too much trouble. I sadly wont be moving again however I cannot recommend her highly enough and can as I've said many times Maria, heartfelt thanks for all of your time kind words calls messages and for making it happen. I wish you so much happiness for your future and that you enjoy it . With all my best wishes. Rob Hykin.

Before we put the house on the market, they came round and walked us through the numbers for our area: what similar houses had sold for and the sort of buyer who was actually buying locally. It meant we went in with a realistic price and they knew exactly who to market it to. They were right on the price and right on the buyer.<br><br>They found someone quickly, and from there they kept on top of everything. Whenever things got difficult along the way, they went the extra mile to keep the sale moving and get us to exchange.<br><br>Good people who know their market properly. We'd definitely use them again.
