A special thank you to Mesut, who acted as my mortgage broker throughout the process. Mesut was exceptional — incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always available to guide me through each step. He made what can be a very complex and stressful process feel much smoother and clearer. What really stood out was his dedication and reliability. He guided me through each stage with care and professionalism, ensuring everything progressed smoothly and efficiently. It felt like having someone truly on your side throughout what can otherwise be a very complex process. I met Soraya, who is a very sweet and kind lady, and within six days I had the keys to our first rental. They were very professional and super quick to respond to messages. I highly recommend them!

Particularly, Dana and Anna have been very helpful and had an effective communication. Me, my friend and my cousin had dealt three properties and we have had the same brilliant experience. 19th Feb 2026 (27 days ago)My husband and I bought a house through Charles David Casson a couple years back and they were the worst part of the process. Their communication was poor from start to finish. They recommended the worst solicitors, DO NOT go for the solicitor they recommend. They failed to adequately arrange viewings and made the process HELL. At several points I had to request their manager to intervene, who was equally useless. If you enjoy stress and headache, you can go for them. If the seller had not been so lovely and accommodating, we would not have got this sale over the line. We literally did all the work whilst they twiddled their thumbs and wasted our time. After the sale went through, they’ve been harassing me periodically to give a valuation of the house- in case I want to sell. Haunting me even to this day.

6th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)We were unfortunate with the three potential buyers for our property and ultimately we were advised to choose one which on paper would be the best to sell to. However this buyer was not vetted thoroughly and the sale fell through. The agents were eager to sell the property and were listening to my feedback, but we're unable to follow through with a sale with this agent.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
