3rd Oct 2026 (24 days ago)My property was on the market over four months. But couldn't sell it. Price wasn't too high. Didn't have any viewings almost three months. Connells asked to reduced price three times and I was agreed. But they couldn't make many viewings. Only four viewings had and they asked to reduce price again I didn't agreed. Because that price wasn't too high. Couldn't sell my property with them. I am not happy about their overall service ??????
6th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)The Covid pandemic has not made it easy to sell our beautiful 17th century cottage with having to make many challenging decisions along the way! However, with Harry Sheppard's expert help, this challenge was made much easier: always supportive at the other end of the phone, he encouraged us through a couple of fallen-through sales! Our 62 viewings were expertly managed by three of Knight Frank representatives, Patti, Philippa & Sara, with wonderful communications left at all times. The team at The Oxfordshire Property Agent went far above and beyond to make our sale seamless, stress-free and completed in record time. Their communication was top-notch and they even helped coordinate tradespeople on the ground while we weren't around and managed items for us. I wasn't too impressed with the photos, especially because we had to pay for that separately, but overall they were very helpful and easy to work with.
