13th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)For the second time in as many years, we have successfully sold a property through the good offices of the JS team in Sevenoaks. They are, as ever, friendly and professional, commercially canny and work hard with a smile. I once again heartily recommend.
9th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Sharing this as constructive feedback. I travelled a long distance by public transport for a 3:30 pm viewing and was given a Google Maps link that led to the wrong location. I waited in the rain and called the agency when I realised the issue. Instead of acknowledging the incorrect link, the male staff member I spoke with was dismissive and placed the responsibility on me to double-check the postcode. I was asked to reach the property within an unrealistic timeframe, despite explaining there was no bus, I hadn’t brought a car, and it was a long walk in the rain. The tone felt rude and lacking empathy. The viewing eventually took place but felt rushed. While the property was well presented and a detailed handout was provided, clearer communication, accountability, and a more respectful approach would have made a big difference. I liked the property but chose not to proceed due to the experience.

She was proactive, knowledgeable and incredibly supportive throughout, particularly when delays meant my mortgage offer needed renewing. Wendy took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process feel far more manageable. During our viewings and throughout the process so far, Dan has taken the time to answer our questions, provide helpful background information, and communicate with the seller whenever needed. His response time is excellent, always getting back to us quickly by email or phone. Dan is approachable, easy to talk to, and consistently professional. Although we are still in the process of purchasing the property, we’re very grateful for his support and guidance so far.
5th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)We were really pleased with Wards of Hythe. We purchased our house through them . All the staff we had dealings with were very professional but equally very friendly. Mark, Darren and Ollie showed us around the property on the (many ) occasions we viewed it . Amelia and Amanda were always on hand to help progress the sale and keep us updated. Additionally all the staff involved were up to speed on any requests we had. We always received speedy replies and the level of communication was fantastic. We decided to use the solicitors that Wards suggested and those solicitors coupled with Wards of Hythe made the purchase of our new property stress free. From day one, the team showed real expertise, energy and determination to secure the best result. Communication was sharp and consistent, and I always felt completely in control of what was happening. They were proactive, highly organised and clearly know the local market inside out. Every question was answered quickly and nothing felt like too much trouble. Most importantly, they achieved a sale price that exceeded my expectations. Outstanding service from start to finish. Five stars without hesitation.

From start to finish they have been so helpful and super communicative with us, explaining the process from end to end, and offering helpful guidance throughout. We really felt supported in the sale process and felt they had our best interests at heart. We also really liked the dedicated WhatsApp group for all sale related discussions - it was super easy and quick to get answers to any questions we had. We would happily work with them again if we ever come back to the Folkestone area, and would definitely recommend them to anyone we knew looking to go on the market.
