From start to finish, Pennington were fantastic and stress free. The initial viewing with Robert was a pleasure, he was very informative and answered every question we had accurately. We left the property after viewing and immediately felt like we were satisfied and happy. Throughout the application process, Jemma was very patient and helpful. The platform Pennington uses is efficient, seamless and made reference checks and applying for the property effortless. Once this was done, we had our move in date. We went to their office to pick up the keys, Joe was there to hand us our keys and answered any questions we had in a friendly and professional manner. Clare introduced herself as our property manager and made us aware of a maintenance repair that was booked in at the building the property resides in ahead of time.
