Not only did he achieve a sale above our asking price, but his guidance helped us secure a buyer quickly and navigate the entire process with confidence and minimal stress.<br><br>Of course, behind every great estate agent is an equally fantastic team, and we had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Shari, who was simply wonderful throughout.    Cherrie went above and beyond to answer my questions and allow me to fully explore the house on the first viewing of the property I eventually bought.<br>After both my initial offers were rejected by the vendor, Emma contacted me as soon as the first sale fell through, inviting me to make a further offer. Thereafter, she always provided prompt and courteous replies to all my emails and provided an appropriate amount of chasing of both me and my solicitor to ensure the sale could progress without any significant delays. Whilst the exchange of contacts/completion wasn't as stress free as I'd have hoped for, this wasn't any fault of Alan Lee. The fact remains that I still managed to move in to my new home less than 8 weeks after having my offer accepted. I'm extremely grateful to Alan Lee for their part in making this happen....
