5th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)Very bad experience, I just moved from London to Glasgow, and was looking an apartment near my work place, got to one of the listings and went for viewing through property bureau, Rachel Brown emailed me about the confirmation and everything, but when I went to the location in Balloch 1 riverside court, there I met some other lady bcoz Rachel was on leave she took me to the apartment and told me to view by my self and she left.<br>After 3 days Rachel emailed me the application from I sent the form bcoz I was in need of a house, then again after few days she emailed me for holding deposit which is illegal in Scotland so I asked her to explain bcoz there are scammers also but after more than a week today she emailed me asking “ do you want to go forward” like what an unprofessional behaviour if you guys don’t want to then don’t waste our time

A special mention has to go to Kim, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. She kept me informed every step of the way, was always quick to respond, had a clear strategy and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Overall, a brilliant service and a genuinely positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and effective estate agent.

From the initial call with Robyn (so kind and sensitive to the situation), to the valuation with Mark and the ongoing support from Lesley, everyone was amazing. I was really pleased with her professionalism and help she gave me.<br>I've been letting the flat out with R&G over the past 20 years and have found the staff (Linda and Carolyn)professional and helpful during that time.<br>I must also mention Niamh and Maria for their help with legal matters.

I'd initially enquired about selling with a bigger chain estate agent who couldn't have been less interested and kept failing to return my calls. GetAgent had great reviews for Bellus Property so I turned to them and have had a great experience. Joe has been easy to get in touch with and really proactive about making the sale move along as quickly as possible.

15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)I own a small flat which is let, and Diane has managed this for a number of years (since before Robinson Moore and CODA merged). If ever there's a problem, she's quick to get in touch to let me know. In some cases a contractor requires to attend and Diane arranges this and any follow up on my behalf. She also keeps on top of the legislation surrounding lets and makes sure the various certifications required are up to date. Obviously there's a cost associated with this level of management, but I live at some distance from the property and knowing that she's there gives me good peace of mind.

She went above and beyond for us, really fought our corner to help us get the house we wanted, and took the time to show us around and make sure we were happy and comfortable with everything.<br><br>Sophie was also brilliant and always on hand whenever we had a question or needed to make a call. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and having someone so helpful and approachable made the whole process feel so much easier.<br><br>Buying a home can be stressful, but the team at Wrights of Campsie made the experience as smooth and positive as possible. 8th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)We used Harley's to sell our house and we were originally purchasing a house via them too. Yvonne is amazing - the customer service is absolutely second to none. I had valuations from a couple of agencies but Yvonne was by far the most reassuring, trustworthy and reliable. From start to finish she kept us fully updated with both our sale and property search and was always on hand to help out. Our house sold within 3 days of going on the market and even when our purchase took longer than we initially thought, Yvonne was incredibly helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell over any other agency in the region.

22nd Oct 2026 (5 days ago)We recently started renting with Property Bureau (Bearsden) and it is safe to say they are a wonderful team, who are very friendly and professional throughout the entire process of beginning our journey renting the company. Our experience throughout the beginning of the process was very smooth and well communicated, which made everything a lot less intimidating. The team are so lovely and are fantastic at making sure we were in the loop and answering any questions we had. A special mention to Nicky is well deserved too, as she made this experience for us so easy and stress free. We would happily reccomend renting with Property Bureau. Thank you! :)

16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)The staff Abby, Emma and Stephanie at Allen & Harris were excellent from the second I contacted them. Abby was very knowledgeable of houses in the area and was so pleasant and helpful all through the process. If I needed anything anyone of the girls were only a phone call away. They took so much stress away from us arranging viewings and making sure they kept us updated every day. Thank you so much girls.
