8th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.
13th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)Me and my partner moved into an amazing apartment after lots of looking l, this process was made so smooth and actually enjoyable by our realtor Jude burton, he made the process so easy and we completely trusted him the entire time, and when our first apartment didn’t work out he immediately found us another property that even better suited our needs. We cannot recommend Jude more highly, he’s amazing (even if he does play dead by daylight) thank you for everything!

Ryan and his team have been great from the very beginning and are always super helpful and friendly whenever we chat with them. Our renting experience has been stress-free and straight forward, and I would definitely recommend cobbles to anyone!

The team at the office in Haslemere were very efficient and good at communicating between us and the landlord when any issues arose. I would certainly use them again or chose them to rent out a property that I owned in future.

27th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by Leaders. The lack of professionalism is shocking. The property manager does not respond to emails at all, I have sent several messages to the agency and have never received a single reply. When calling to report an issue, staff are unhelpful and, on more than one occasion, have simply hung up the phone. Property inspections are handled just as poorly. Visits are announced only an hour in advance, which is completely unreasonable and shows no respect for tenants’ time or privacy. What is most frustrating is that this agency seems far more efficient at sending threatening emails referring to potential legal consequences than at actually processing payments correctly or providing basic customer service. I would strongly advise avoiding this agency. The people working here appear to have no understanding of customer care or professional standards. Avoid at all costs.

She was brilliant throughout the entire process and maintained excellent communication with both us and the buyer. She kept us updated at every stage, which really helped reduce the stress and uncertainty that often comes with selling a property. What truly stood out was how proactive she was. Caroline regularly made sure we received updates from the entire chain, even when it wasn’t strictly necessary for her to do so. As we were at the end of the chain, having that information was incredibly helpful and reassuring. Because of Caroline’s efforts, we were able to keep everyone in the chain informed about progress, which made the whole process run much more smoothly. She was also very flexible and always willing to help whenever needed. Her dedication and support made what could have been a stressful experience feel much easier. We’re very grateful for all her hard work and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and proactive estate agent.

From the initial valuation through to completion, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. Communication was excellent, we were kept updated after viewings, and they worked hard to keep everything moving along. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Henry and the Winkworth team to anyone looking to sell their home.
19th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)They had exactly the right balance being freindly and not " pushy " The lead up to exchange with 5 in the Chain was really unpleasant but they were always on the end of the phone and Toby personally waded in at 4PM on the last working day for solicitors on Friday the 19th to push the exchange through. Anyone can handle an easy transaction it's the really difficult ones that show proper customer service.

Matthew communicated extremely well throughout our whole journey and helped steer me through to completion. Don’t hesitate to instruct this business.

From start to finish she was incredibly efficient, professional and proactive in handling the letting of my property. Jade kept me fully informed throughout the entire process and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. Her communication was excellent, she dealt with everything promptly and her knowledge of the market and attention to detail really stood out. Thanks to Jade’s hard work, my property was let quickly and the whole process was handled with complete professionalism. It’s clear she genuinely cares about delivering a great service. He was clearly very knowledgeable about the property and the wider purchase process, and was always happy to answer questions or talk things through. Importantly, I never once felt pressured. He struck exactly the right balance between being proactive in keeping things moving and available when needed, without ever coming across as pushy or overly sales-driven. Thanks to his approach, the purchase progressed smoothly and completed successfully, which made the whole experience feel far more straightforward than I had expected as a first-time buyer. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Steven and the team at WPR to anyone buying or selling.

I have had properties vacant for over 6 months in the past, but his ability to never give up is a testament to achieving satisfactory results. I have had a very good experience with them over the past few years for all the services they have rendered to us. I therefore strongly recommend them.

Garry has consistently delivered excellent service while selling my house. The sale was complex due to probate, but his depth of knowledge and availability took the stress out of any legal issues that arose. Communication was brilliant and I always felt that nothing was too much when asking for support. I would highly recommend using the team to buy or sell a property. I would like to take this final opportunity to thank Garry and the team for everything.

Right from the start it was comforting to see their enthusiasm and dedication. They worked relentlessly and showed great care and expert knowledge in promoting our property locally, nationally and internationally. We would happily recommend them to anyone trying to sell in the Farnham area, which they know so well.
23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)Very disappointing experience with this agency. Communication from their representative, Josh, was unnecessarily argumentative and lacked professionalism. Reasonable requests regarding suitable viewing times were inaccurately presented as a refusal. As a tenant, I remained cooperative, yet the tone and approach taken made the process stressful and uncomfortable. Professionalism and respectful communication should be standard practice in any property agency. However, he was lack of them. In this case, Josh clearly fell short of these standards. In contrast, my communication with Jena was professional, polite, and respectful. She arranged viewings appropriately and approached matters in a courteous manner, which made cooperation much easier. Professional and respectful communication makes a significant difference, and I hope this agency ensures consistency across its team. Update in response to the agency’s reply: I stand by my review, as it reflects my genuine experience. I have retained screenshots of the communication between Joshua and myself, including responses that I found dismissive and unprofessional, such as the use of a laughing emoji when I mentioned raising a complaint. This understandably gave the impression that my concerns were not being taken seriously. For clarity, two viewings were successfully conducted at the property with my agreement. This clearly demonstrates that I was cooperative and did not refuse access. As a working tenant, I simply requested reasonable availability within my schedule, which is entirely within my legal rights. Leaving a review on Google is also my right as a consumer when I feel my experience does not reflect the standards described in your response. Should the matter require independent review, I am comfortable referring it to The Property Ombudsman so that an impartial assessment can determine whether the communication met appropriate professional standards. I remain willing to cooperate within reasonable and respectful boundaries. However, I do not wish to continue communication with Joshua and request that future arrangements are handled by another respectful representative.
