21st Aug 2024 (1 year ago)The house we are selling was bought through Whitegates Cleckheaton and had found them very helpful , so when we put it up for sale we went back to the them. After 10 months and a variety of "problems" [being asked to conduct viewing ourselves, not getting constructive feedback etc] we reluctantly cancelled with them .

Rebecca looked after us and was brilliant at communicating, chasing solicitors and giving us frequent updates. We were on a tight timescale due to expecting a baby and were able to complete within 9 weeks, thanks to their excellent support and recommendations! I would recommend Robert Watts to any other first time buyers and would definitely go to them again in the future.
11th Apr 2026 (12 weeks ago)RR Cleckheaton have been supporting me well for a number of years. Problems do arise from time to time, and I can rely upon Chloe and team for support when I call upon them. I am an oversea Landlord, so the backup is vital.
2nd Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)I do feel that they need to have social media platforms to promote properties like most agents do. Also there is no shop to go in or for them to advertise the brochure etc. there way of working g may work for some for houses that will sell quickly but not for me.

Although neither my brother nor myself are local, I could tell Mark was a man of integrity on our first meeting and knew Watsons would help us achieve the best price possible.
