15th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)We cannot praise this company enough, Paul who came to evaluate our property was extremely professional, knowledgeable, lives in the area. We had 2 other estate agents evaluate our property which was a complete joke. We sold our property within 2 weeks, once we had an offer accepted on a property for us Paul was involved with all conveyancing solicitors, other estate agents to make sure the process was moving at a pace. All the staff at Fletcher & Poole concerning our experience were outstanding, we highly recommend this company.
25th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Fletcher & Poole did not advise as to how to dress the house for selling. They did not give feedback on the viewings unless prompted to do so. Photographs did not show the property to its advantage. The brochure description was poor compared with other estate agent’s descriptions of similar properties in the same location. Overall we would not recommend them.

19th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I’ve had a good experience working with Enfys Estates overall, with a couple of niggles; I had to request that my property was posted on their social media (like all their other listings) after it had been on the market for 10 weeks and they did all the viewings for me (which was great), but left the front door unlocked on one occasion. I understand accidents happen and it may be an awkward door to lock, so they may not have realised.
24th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I have never dealt with an agent who was so proactive, helpful, knowledgeable and above all communicative. It wasn’t just one member of staff but the whole team who made the selling experience as smooth and easy as possible. Adam Palmer was especially impressive and as I assume is the team leader certainly filters his ethos down to his staff. All in all a great experience. Excellent
