It would've been good to meet with the agent that was showing our property, so we can explain to him more about the property, but overall we're very happy. Quick responses, dealing with queries efficiently and very professional throughout.

Jenna has gone above and beyond to support one of our young people as they move from supported accommodation into their own home.<br>She has been there every step of the way, showing incredible patience, understanding and kindness throughout the whole process. She has been particularly supportive and understanding when it comes to arranging the deposit and rent in advance payments, making what could have been a stressful process so much easier.<br>It is clear that Jenna genuinely cares about the people she supports, and her patience, professionalism and dedication have made such a positive difference. Helping a young person take this important step towards independence is so valuable, and we are extremely grateful for everything she has done.<br>I would highly recommend Martin & Co Blackpool to anyone looking for decent, good quality and affordable flats in Blackpool. The service is second to none, and Jenna is a real credit to the team.<br>Thank you for going above and beyond and helping make such an important milestone possible.
14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)We stayed in the Oster Catcher apartment at the new Sandpiper. This apartment was great for the two of us with a good kitchen/dinner/lounge, compact but well equipped. The bathroom had a good shower. The bedroom is ample size with good storage, but for a short stay like ours has little room for suitcases being used daily. The bed was on the firm/hard side, but in good condition.<br>This apartment is up one flight of stairs from the front door. Entryway and hall has a good feel and large. Would definitely stay again!

Always updated by mark and input into price reductions etc when some other properties were advertised or sold . Would use again great area knowledge compared to others we tried

13th Jun 2026 (19 weeks ago)? 1 Star (would give 0 if possible) Extremely poor communication and a complete waste of my time. I repeatedly contacted Kays over several weeks regarding a commercial property they were advertising for lease. Every time I called, I was told they did not yet have access to the premises and that they would contact me as soon as a viewing could be arranged. Despite numerous follow-up calls from me, nobody ever got back to me as promised. When I eventually called again for an update, I was informed that the property had already been let to someone else. If the property was attracting interest, I would have expected basic communication and professionalism. Instead, I was left chasing updates for weeks while receiving the same response over and over again, only to find out the opportunity had been given to someone else. This reflects very poorly on the service provided to prospective tenants and raises questions about how effectively properties are being marketed on behalf of landlords. I would not recommend dealing with this agency based on my experience.
