I have recently sold my house through Cross Estates, completing in August this year. I’m really pleased I chose Steve and the team to help with the sale. My house was a little outside their usual area, but Steve gave me really good, honest advice, particularly with regard to the current situation with the market and what I could realistically expect to sell for. We had plenty of viewings and good feedback and, with guidance from Steve, I received an offer I was happy to accept after a short time on the market. Once the sale was agreed, Jenny was great at keeping everything moving and, together with Lisa at the solicitors, the whole process went really smoothly. We managed to complete in just 8 weeks! I found everyone at Cross Estates helpful and friendly. They have a really relaxed way about them while still being professional, which I really appreciated. You hear so many horror stories about how stressful moving house can be, and although it’s always going to be a stressful time, they definitely made it much easier for me.
