10th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Really wanted to give a zero, the communication from this company is abysmal, they never answer the phone and take an eternity to reply to emails. We did manage to book a viewing of a property we really wanted and were in a position to buy but nobody from the company turned up for the appointment and again I was unable to contact anyone. I wonder if the vendors are aware of the way they are marketing their property because if it was me I’d soon be looking for a new agent. Disappointed I wasted my time trying to pursue this house when I have better things to be wasting my time on.

He went above and beyond for us, was persistent when he needed to be and kept everything moving and on track. He was always approachable, patient, reassuring and honest. No matter what cropped up, he was always at the end of the phone and made the whole process feel sooo much easier.<br><br>By the end of it Dan felt more like a friend than our estate agent! We’re so grateful for all the help and support he gave us throughout. Couldn’t recommend Dan and Jackson Stops enough. Thank you for everything Dan ??????

A friendly, professional and proactive approach with great communication. Their valuation of the property for marketing was spot on and Donna really looked after me and the various interested parties. A successful sale.

I’m really pleased I chose Steve and the team to help with the sale.<br><br>My house was a little outside their usual area, but Steve gave me really good, honest advice, particularly with regard to the current situation with the market and what I could realistically expect to sell for. We had plenty of viewings and good feedback and, with guidance from Steve, I received an offer I was happy to accept after a short time on the market.<br><br>Once the sale was agreed, Jenny was great at keeping everything moving and, together with Lisa at the solicitors, the whole process went really smoothly. We managed to complete in just 8 weeks!<br><br>I found everyone at Cross Estates helpful and friendly. They have a really relaxed way about them while still being professional, which I really appreciated. You hear so many horror stories about how stressful moving house can be, and although it’s always going to be a stressful time, they definitely made it much easier for me.<br><br>I’d happily recommend Steve and everyone at Cross Estates and would certainly use them again in the future.

They managed to get everything completed in just 5 weeks. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking at buying or selling their home.

Will was exceptional in the way he kept me constantly informed of what was going on between agents and solicitors. I felt I could contact him for updates all the way though. A very friendly, caring and capable young man . I would thoroughly recommend Savills, Truro if you are thinking of selling and want excellent service. Thank you Will .
