Having to lodge a formal complaint, and consider the property ombudsman. Long story short, in my view they got us on the hook with a valuation that was far above what it could actually sell for. Three months later, not a single offer, despite dropping the price as they advised. Around half of our viewings have been no shows, suggesting that these were not vetted and not serious buyers. Lots of other issues, including a lack of proper updates, sending their most junior staff to do viewings. We are locked into a 6 month sole agency agreement which they won’t let us exit from despite complaining and setting this out to them. I would urge you to consider another agent. That being said, I think they are nice people, perfectly pleasant - just not happy with the service given.... Read more

In one word, Fantastic !<br>Both Liv and Gary are truly amazing estate agents ! There mannerism, approach, professionalism is second to none! They did for me what 2 other main stream estate agents failed in Leamington. I sell with many agents in many towns and what i experienced with this agent is the extra mile they go for you that not many agents will do.
