I had a very disappointing experience with Moving Places. The property was rented to me in an unacceptable condition. It had clearly not been cleaned before I moved in, and it was dirty throughout. There were also broken pieces of furniture left in the flat, which should have been dealt with before new tenants moved in. Communication has been extremely poor. It often feels like the only time they are responsive is when rent is due. Whenever I reported issues or requested updates, it was difficult to get a response or any meaningful action. To make matters worse, several appliances were faulty and remained unrepaired for months despite being reported multiple times. This was especially difficult because I have children, and these unresolved issues had a significant impact on our daily lives. Overall, I found the service unprofessional and disappointing. I would not recommend Moving Places based on my experience, and I hope they improve their property standards, maintenance, and communication with tenants.... Read more
