They kept us informed at every stage, provided honest advice, and were always available to answer our questions. 13th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Value of property from P property was recommended 270 which I felt was low. Decided to sell @ 280 as thought property was worth that. Luckily that’s the price I was offered. Abbie very good at her job on attending viewing. How ever very disappointed on communication & advertising Didn’t feel enough was done to promote the property felt that it had gone stagnant. Only one viewing at first back in September & second not until this Saturday 11th January. no phone call in between to reassure me that I could possible sell my house

The team are very reactive and quick to call back/chase things. I had a few things that needed sorting after moving in and they had contractors in the same/next day.

10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)When we first met Joe at the property we were looking to purchase, nothing was ever too much trouble for him.<br><br>What Joe went on to do to help us throughout the whole process was truly out of this world.<br><br>We had an absolute nightmare with the purchase, particularly with the solicitors, and I can honestly say that without Joe’s help, support and persistence in chasing the vendor’s solicitor, the sale probably would not have happened.<br><br>Joe was always on hand to help and assist whenever we needed him. He was constantly there to answer questions, chase things up and keep us updated. Even on his days off, Joe would still help by making calls and chasing things on our behalf.<br><br>That level of dedication and commitment is something you very rarely come across.<br><br>Joe is an absolutely remarkable gentleman — always friendly, helpful, professional and approachable. 3rd Aug 2026 (20 days ago)Freeman and Gray helped me sell my house. My agent was Jason Brookman. Jason is a very seasoned estate agent. He is highly efficient, friendly and very helpful. He found me a buyer and throughout the conveyancing period updated me on a regular basis and whenever necessary. I found him very honest and trustworthy; always had time to speak with me and discuss certain difficult issues which came up with the sale. He was also instrumental in my negotiations with my buyer. I honestly think that without him this sale would not have happened. I also wish to add that through the process I got to know him as a friend.<br>Thanks Jason

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.

We out of all the agents in the area we randomly picked them. They sold our house in 2 weeks. What more can I add Joe Carey is a very confident man and knows his stuff . I /we are just lost for words.
6th Jun 2026 (11 weeks ago)We have been on the market since last year. We had views but unfortunately there were no serious buyers. Things were getting slow and no secured buyers coming forward. However we received no negative comments regarding our property. As a matter of fact they were all very positive. We decided it was time maybe to change estate agent. We met with Joe Carey one of the Branch Manager and everything changed for us. Joe was so kind, knowledgeable, confident, reassuring and we felt so relaxed that we made the right call. We didn’t stay on the market long enough to get to know him and his team. Joe reassured us that our property would be sold. But we didn’t think within 2 weeks. We just want to thank Joe and Kate and the team for their hard work . We would definitely recommend them. We have so much faith and trust and they just did all the hard work with such dedication. Many thanks to an outstanding team for making us and so many able to start a new chapter in our lives.
