22nd Oct 2026 (5 days ago)All the staff at the Knutsford branch have been amazing. Dev, Frances and Doug, have been a huge help, professional, friendly and on the ball, throughout. They have always been on hand to take our calls and answer emails, did a great job of showing potential buyers around the house and we were really impressed with their photography skills, the home video and the advert in general. We sold the house and Dev especially, has stuck with it, every step of the way. Regularly calling us with updates, chasing for things to push along the progress and seen it right through to the end. He's always been on hand for help and advice, and has been spot on, with everything. Thanks to you all, so much. You are all very dedicated and hard working. And all very nice and personable, people. It's made the stress of moving house, that bit easier!

She is proactive and incredibly easy to work with, and we always felt that she was genuinely committed to getting the best outcome for us. Her advice always turned out to be sound.<br><br>She kept communication flowing, stayed on top of the chain, chased things when needed and consistently went above and beyond. Emma's hard work and determination made a real difference to our sale, and she managed the whole process with a lovely combination of professionalism, calm and good humour.<br><br>We are so grateful for everything she has done and couldn’t recommend her highly enough.- 8th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)I have always had a pretty low view of estate agents until I decided to chose Gascoigne Halman to sell my house and their team was so good that I even bought my new house through them. Sam who sold my house just went above and beyond to make the sale and purchase as smooth as possible. Yes the estate agent gets a fee but she did work that was more than expected. All of the team were a pleasure to communicate with, Debbie, Ben, Sarah, Andrea there was always someone to answer the phone and deal with my query. I had to go in personally today with flowers and a card to thank them all. And try and start the new conversation on furniture!
10th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Staff at Main and Main, in particular Kimberley Critchley, the Lettings Director, were outstanding in their level of knowledge, assistance and communication regarding the letting of my properties. Nothing was too much trouble and I was very happy to leave them to let my properties over a number of years. I would certainly be happy to recommend them to anyone.<br>They have also been extremely helpful in the recent sale of a property for me and, again, I would certainly recommend them.

Ewan’s professionalism and patience made the whole sale happen quickly and seamlessly. Both during the sale and the mission to find me alternative accommodation, Ewan demonstrated great perception and reassurance. He was, of course, part of a great team!

Such a kind, genuine person who really can’t do enough to help. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he always goes that extra mile.<br><br>It’s so nice to come across someone who genuinely cares and takes pride in what they do. As a family, we also have interests in commercial property, and I wouldn’t hesitate to go to Xav for any future opportunities.<br><br>A genuinely lovely man, so approachable and easy to deal with. Thank you, Xav, for all your help. Would highly recommend!
